•••What's Included•••
This posting is for Pattern 1224, the Holiday Hat! It is a sewing pattern intended to assist crafters with creating their own Santa-inspired Christmas cap, or other festive and magical creations, such as gnome hats, etc.

The pattern does not include pattern for trim, as you can apply various types of trim at your discretion. Other embellishment options are also up to your preference and judgement.

The Holiday Hat pattern does NOT include: dress, capes, bows, or any other patterns that may be pictured. Please view my other listings for those listings.

This is for the digital PATTERNS ONLY. This is a DIY or "do it yourself" listing. No refunds are available for any digital downloads. Photos of finished products reflect items that can be made using these patterns.

•••Sizing•••
This Pattern 1224 contains four sizes: a mini OSFA (one size fits all) hat, and three head size options: Small, Medium, and Large. Please note, hats are slightly loose to account for wigs, voluminous hair, etc. as well as to give a soft, plush appearance. If too loose, the hat can be secured using ribbon or horsehair braid sewn or glued to the inside of the cap, and affixed to the hair using hair clips such as alligator clips.

As I collect continuous feedback, I may opt to update this pattern at a later time. For this reason, all patterns as of 2021 and later are labeled with a special code, so that you can always check to see if you have the most recent version. The SKU for this item is: 1224-A-01120021. The last 8 digits are marked by the grain line on each pattern panel- this is your pattern version number.

If I update to a newer version later, you are always welcome to message me so I can send you the upgrade for free. If your pattern is from 2020 or earlier, you will not have a pattern code, but can also upgrade if a newer version is available. Simply tell me your order number so I can confirm, and I will be happy to upgrade yours also.

•••File and Printing•••
All patterns are recommended to be printed on 8.5" x 11" paper. The patterns are formatted as a PDF file and this pattern has a total of 16 pages.

Always print at 100% or "true to scale" setting. Do not select "scale to fit" or "poster", or else your scale may be off upon printing. You can use the ruler in the patterns to confirm that they have printed to scale. Metric and imperial rulers are provided

WHEN PRINTING, DO NOT PRINT FRONT AND BACK. Be sure to uncheck any setting that will cause your printer to print front and back, since you will have to cut the patterns out. It is not necessary to print the guides, vocabulary, etc. if you wish to conserve paper. It is also not necessary to print in color.
